Creamy Ranch Pork Chops

My husband really likes pork chops and we haven’t had them in a while. When I saw some nice, thick ones at costco, I threw a package in the cart to make a couple meals. Ranch mix could be used instead of the dried spices to make this recipe even easier.

Let’s Get Crafty!

Ingredients:

  • 4 good-sized pork chops
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup (low sodium)

Toss everything except one of the cans of cream of chicken soup in a gallon sized ziploc and mix until well combined.

Freeze until ready to use.

On cooking day – toss the freezer meal in the slow cooker and cook on low 6-8 hours.

When done cooking – take out the pork and add the second cream of chicken soup. Whisk it in the other drippings until well combined.

Done and Done!

Thanks for stopping by my crafty corner. Hope you have a great day.
