Truth be told – I don’t think I’ve ever eaten a Big Mac from McDonalds. I think it’s because I was always put off by those tiny onions that seemed to take over and couldn’t seem to ever be completely removed. I have, however, tasted that sauce and it was wonderful. It is also the best part about this dish. Let’s be honest – a great condiment can transform a meal.

Let’s Get Crafty!
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 onion, diced super small
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Brown the hamburger and onion until done. Then add salt and pepper.
Combine the last 7 ingredients for the sauce.
I really like to toast our rolls and add some garlic powder because I love the crunchiness it adds.
Thanks for stopping by my crafty corner. Hope you have a great day.
