Wow! It’s the week before Thanksgiving. Our week took some twists and turns with the girls getting sick. Hopefully they will both be on the mend soon.

Sunday – Chicken and Noodles
This recipe is from my husband’s Mom. He has made them several times and the kids love them. This was a perfect dinner for our birthday girl. This recipe is a labor of love and takes a while to come together. The extra time is worth it. I’ve started getting the recipe ready for the blog. Soon! I promise. This is a good one.

Monday – Green Chile
I realized on Friday when I used frozen green chile that I was using the last one we had on hand. We threw this together Sunday night so we just needed to put it in the crockpot on Monday morning. The kids were excited to have leftover chicken and noodles from yesterday.

Tuesday
Dinner came together quickly tonight thanks to our Instant Pot. I had some cooked frozen hamburger with diced onion in the freezer that I wanted to use up. I cooked that with 1 can of beef broth on the manual setting for five minutes to make sure the onions would be fully cooked.
Once done – I did a quick release then I basically followed my favorite mac and cheese instant pot recipe that you can find here. (Because we were using ground hamburger – I used beef broth instead of chicken and only added one more can when we added the elbow pasta because the pot already has 2 cups in it from cooking the ground beef and onions.)
If you don’t have one… do it! The time has arrived! Click Here to Order it From Amazon. It is on sale 50% off today when I double checked that the link worked! Yay for Christmas sales.

Wednesday
This creamy taco soup is out of this world and super easy to throw into the crockpot on a cold winter day. Click here for the recipe. The secret twist ingredient is ranch dressing mix.

Thursday
I failed to get a picture taken but we cooked boneless chicken thighs in the air fryer and had them on top of a salad. Click here for a super quick way to cook them in the air fryer.
Friday
My husband made a baked shrimp dip that he really likes. For the recipe click here.
