Oh man. These are good. This recipe is perfect for tossing into the slow cooker now or freezing for later. I love to buy a large bag of meatballs at Costco and then make a few freezer meals for future easy, delicious meals.

Let’s Get Crafty!
Ingredients:
36 pre-cooked Italian meatballs (approximately a 28oz-32oz ounce bag)
1 large onion, sliced
2 peppers of your choice, sliced (we usually do one green and one colored)
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce (We’ve also done with 1/2 packet of onion soup mix and it is really good. I like to also use Worcestershire sauce to pack a punch of flavor while also reducing the sodium.)
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup beef broth
If you are cooking it now, toss it in the slow cooker and cook on low for around 6 hours.
If you are making a freezer meal, toss everything into a freezer bag, label and feel good about a super easy dinner heading your way in the future. If you freeze it and are cooking it directly from the freezer, cook on low for around 8 hours.
When I first started freezer cooking, I fought the urge to buy the bag holders and now I love them so much. They make filling the bags so easy. Click here to purchase on Amazon.
