Cajun Artichoke Green Chile Dip

We had something similar at the office recently to celebrate a work anniversary. It was so good! It would be great with shrimp… I thought we had some and didn’t so I made it anyway and will try it again another day with shrimp.

Let’s Get Crafty!

Ingredients:
1 block cream cheese
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
1/3-1/2 cup diced green chiles (I went back and added another half cup)
1 tablespoon green onion, chopped
8 oz marinated artichokes, drained & chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon cajun seasoning (I used Chachere’s Creole Seasoning)

Toss everything in the slow cooker on low for 1 -2 hours, stirring occasionally.

Switch to warm once fully melted.

This is awesome with crackers, veggies or tortilla chips.
