Yummy Beer Cheese Dip

Football time means that I feel like we must make dips. That is what we did today.


Let’s Get Crafty!
Ingredients:
3/4 lb taco meat
12 oz velvetta
1/2 can light beer
3 oz of another cheese (I did a colby jack sliced cheese we had on hand)
1 can rotel
1/2 can corn, drained
1 can chili beans
2 tablespoons green onions, sliced
1/2 cup green chile

Everything in the crockpot for 1-2 hours on low


For a fun dipping vessel, I preheated the oven to 350 degrees

Cut taco boats into strips, sprayed them with Pam and sprinkled them with taco seasoning

Bake for around 10 minutes
