We had some extra egg roll wrappers and I have wanted to try making a dessert version for a while.

Preheat oven to 425

Ingredients:
Egg roll wrappers
Pie filling of your choice
Pam / Non-stick spray

Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of the pie filling towards the top part of one of the corners and fold together like the handy pictures on the egg roll package

Spray with nonstick spray or brush with melted butter

Bake around 20 minutes until it reaches the crispy level of your choice

These would have been wonderful with a little powdered sugar sprinkled on top.

The girls weren’t as excited about them as I thought they be BUT they loved having ice cream along the side.
