Cheesy Pickle Crisps

Two words. Oh my!

If you are a person that loves the crispy edges of cheesy casseroles or when you are making an omelet with cheese and a little cheese falls out and cooks all nice and crispy on its own making you feel like you are in hog heaven… this is the recipe for you.

We spread out about 1/3 cup cheddar cheese into an even layer adding pickle strips to the middle and cooked it on medium to medium high heat for 1-2 minutes. The first one cooked a little longer and the next couple cooked faster with the pan being heated up.

I’m excited to try this same idea using pickled jalapeno slices!
