I love the potstickers from Costco that are described as having a “delicate wrapper”. There are packets included of dipping sauce. It is so very tasty and I always seem to need more than what comes in the bag. On this day we had ran out and I made my own sauce that I ended up loving! I used equal parts of low sodium soy sauce and teriyaki sauce (about a tablespoon each) and then added some siracha. So good! It reminds me of the days at PF Changs when we were able to mix together the spicy sauce at our tables for lettuce wraps.
