What did we eat for dinner this week? 05.13.23



Saturday – Grilled Chicken Wings

Yum! I mixed my salad up today and did a vinaigrette instead of ranch dressing. Pretty wild and crazy on this Saturday night.



Monday – Baked Ranch Pork Chops

These were tasty and baked faster than I anticipated… thank goodness because the kids were ready to eat.



Tuesday – Thai Pita Pizzas

The chicken is slow cooked with some peanut butter tastiness. We like to toast the pitas some before adding any ingredients to them. I added a thin layer of peanut butter then the chicken and mozzarella cheese. I added siracha for some heat after finishing baking.

Everyone else had sausage, pizza sauce and mozzarella. They weren’t feeling the combination that I did.



Wednesday – Pork Carnitas Tacos

The oldest is disappointed we ran out of paper plates and is using a paper towel to save at least one dish. The girls made quesadillas with the pork.





Thursday – Buffalo Chicken Wraps

This is one of my favorites and never gets old to me! (But it does to my family. :/ )
