Cheesy Campfire Dip

Here’s a yummy dip that we cooked on the campfire while camping and it would bake just as easily in the oven.


Let’s Get Crafty!
Ingredients:
16 oz velvetta (2%)
1 can ranch style beans
1/2 can rotel
1 cup cooked meat of your choice (We did pulled pork. I want to try this with chorizo.)
We had diced up jalapenos to put on top but didn’t put them in so it wouldn’t be too spicy

Put all ingredients in a foil pan with the meat on top. Cover with foil and cook on grate over charcoals.

We cooked it for 15 minutes and rotated the foil pan every 5 minutes.




Hot off the campfire!
It was so hot that we could hear it bubbling.


Stir it all together and enjoy!
