I saw a recent meme that said “August went by pretty quick, but September is doing 70 mph in a 25 mph zone.” Oh my gosh! I feel that to my core. Fall time is such a wonderful, happy time of the year and also super busy. Here’s to settling into all the busy weeks to come while trying to sneak in some relaxing time where we can.
Sunday – Birthday Celebration #2

Monday – Spaghetti and Veggies

The kids love spaghetti and we had spaghetti today for dinner. I didn’t use pasta for mine and just toasted some bread to put some sauce on. So good! I love brussel sprouts and slow roasting them in the oven is my favorite. The kids had salad… I’m still hoping to have a brussel sprout lover pop up but it hasn’t happened yet.
Tuesday – Chicken Tenders in the Air Fryer

These are leftover brussel sprouts. Sorry if you hate them and they ruin the picture of the plate for you. 😀
Wednesday – Leftovers
This was an evening of packing and doing “all the things” before heading out of town for a weekend of scrapbooking with a friend.
Thursday – GIRL DINNER!

Bring on all the snacky things and dip situations you can! What do you consider girl dinner? To me… it’s whatever makes ya happy and this fit the bill!
Friday – Chicken Skewers and Wontons with Eggrolls

Thanks for stopping by! Hope you have a great day and more scrapbook weekend food to come!
