Ham and Corn Chowder with Hashbrowns

Oh man, I sure love soup. It has been a fun, soup filled couple weeks.

Let’s Get Crafty!

Ingredients:
2 cups frozen corn
1 1/2 cups cooked ham, diced
1 teaspoons minced garlic
1 small onion, diced
Frozen hashbrowns (I only had 1/2 a bag but a full bag would be awesome)
4 cups chicken broth (2 cans)
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup half and half


Toss everything in the crockpot and cook on low for 5 hours. Our crockpot switches to warm, which was perfect for this meal. When we were ready to eat, I stirred very gently so the hashbrowns would hold a little bit of texture.
