What did we eat for dinner this week? Week of 10.16.23-10.22.23

October and November are my favorite months of the year when the season is changing and the weather is turning cooler. I wish there was more time for relaxing cuddled up with a good book sipping hot tea.



Monday – Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner

This was mine with veggies and chopped up boneless chicken thighs
This was for the oldest that is not feeling the best from the wisdom teeth removal


Tuesday – Taco Tuesday!


The kids made tacos and I did these colored pepper boats that I love so much. You’ll notice the extra crispy cheese on the edges from baking them. That’s the best part!

Thursday – Carnitas Burritos


My husband handled dinner while I needed to work late. This was a tasty way to end the day.


Friday – Grilled Philly Cheesesteak Sausage


Saturday – Grilled Steak

The girls were rockstars helping with salsa making and we made some fresh salsa to go with dinner too.
Yay for salsa canning fun! We were later than normal but we are set now.
Can’t go wrong with chile rellanos.
