Something I’ve been wanting to do more is make sheet pan meals. I love the idea of them and love the limited dishes. I also really like that these feel pretty healthy with the focus being meat and veggies.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
We did two different pans because I had two different cuts of chicken that we were going to use.
On one sheet pan we did boneless chicken thighs and sliced veggies. We baked this for 20 mins then flipped the chicken and veggies then baked another 15 mins.

On the second sheet pan we did chicken tenders and sliced veggies. These were smaller so we baked them for 15 mins then flipped the chicken and veggies then baked another 5 mins.

So good. So easy. So quick.
