I wanted to try making some breakfast recipes that I could make on the weekend and have for the next week or pop into the freezer for busy school mornings. This one is great because it can be sweet and/or savory.

Let’s Get Crafty!
Ingredients:
2 cups bisquick
1/4 cup pancake syrup
2 eggs
2/3 cups milk
Optional toppings (we did some blueberry, choc chip and some with sausage and cheese)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Mix together the first 4 ingredients until well combined
Fill muffin tins about 2/3 full and add your toppings
Bake at 350 for 13-15 minutes. Ours was ready right at 15 minutes using the large muffin tins.

These were really good. Next time I would add more pancake syrup and mix the toppings into the batter so that they are evenly distributed rather than just at the top.
