What did we eat for dinner this week? 03.09.24

It’s starting to feel like springtime has arrived. Mark and I just got home from Vegas at the start of this week and it didn’t seem like I had a dinner plan going into the week… but it all shook out.



Sunday – Freezer to the Rescue!


Our flight home this morning was super early, so dinner was easy peasy and just warming up different appetizers from the freezer. I think these may have been things we had from NYE.




MondayChicken Tacos with Rice and Beans


Swimming lessons for the littlest have started and the crockpot jumped in to help tonight with chicken tacos from a freezer meal. I still love to put my lettuce in first so the taco shell doesn’t get soggy.



Tuesday through Thursday was a blur and I didn’t even take pictures but I know with 100% certainty that we ate. 🙂


Friday – Broccoli Cheese Soup for us at home and Mark took the oldest and one of his friends to Top Golf to celebrate his birthday


Dinner for the girls… they weren’t excited about the soup.
Although… the littlest ate a small bowl of soup while waiting for the fish sticks.





Hard to believe that I wrote this post over a month ago and didn’t get it posted. Not sure yet how I’ll take the 5 weeks between then and now. Maybe a couple posts with high-lights.
