We had ham and cheese on hand for lunch and I wanted to do something a little different than sandwiches. These pockets fit the bill and were a big hit with all the kids. The potential flavor combinations for these are endless. We had these for lunch but they could very easily be a quick and easy dinner.

Let’s Get Crafty!
Ingredients:
1 tube Pillsbury grand biscuits
8 slices of cheese
8 servings of ham
1 egg (whisk and set aside for when the pockets are added to the air fryer)
Preheat the air fryer to 375
Follow the pictures below for step by step on how to get them ready
(We tried using a fork to pinch the outside together and tried several without doing it. They did hold together better in the air fryer when we used the fork.)

Brush each pocket with egg.
Air fry at 375 for 8 minutes (flipping halfway through and brush egg on the other side)

Thanks for stopping by! Hope your week is off to a great start.
