Cheeseburger Sliders

These are really good and using ground hamburger makes them easy to put together. Brushing the Hawaiian rolls with melted butter and sprinkling with everything bagel seasoning really takes these sliders to the next level.

Let’s Get Crafty!

Ingredients:
Package of Hawaiian rolls
1 1/2 pounds of ground hamburger, browned and drained
Cheese slices (we used 8 slices of medium cheddar cheese)
1/4 cup mustard
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 mayo
1/2 cup sliced pickles
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning

Preheat oven to 425

Slice open the Hawaiian rolls and toast before adding other ingredients (this is optional but I really like the extra toasty flavor this extra step adds.)

Once they are as toasty as you want pull them out of the oven to layer them up.

Add the hamburger to one side.

Whisk together equal parts of ketchup, mustard and mayo.
(I made extra of this sauce and added some pickle relish to add more once the cheeseburger sliders were done baking.)

Layer the cheese on the opposite side of the hamburger. 4 cheddar cheese slices fit just right and we did double cheese layers for each.

The mustard/ketchup/mayo combo was added to the top of the cheese. I did it in this order so that the sauce wasn’t touching the toasted bun and it would stay nice and toasty.

Pickles were added to most of it because most of us love pickles.

Turn the oven down to 375

Combine the top and bottom layers and brush the melted butter over the top and sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning over the top and bake for another 10-15 minutes.

Thanks for stopping by! Hope you have a great rest of your day.
