Charcuterie boards are so versatile and fun to make. I got a beautiful board as a gift and love finding ways to use it. On this particular day, it was early afternoon on a Sunday and we were all going in different directions. No one was hungry for lunch but I knew we would start to feel hungry as the afternoon went on. It seemed like a perfect day to make a snack board so we could eat as we wandered in and out of the house.
