We bought ground chicken on sale and I knew exactly what I wanted to make with it. We ended up having to toss it in the freezer and make it a little while down the road but when we did… Yum-o! This is a spin on PF Chang’s lettuce wraps but uses fewer ingredients and less cooking steps than other recipes.

Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken, cooked
2 cans water chestnuts, diced
1 tablespoon minced garlic from a jar
1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
1/2 chicken broth
Iceberg lettuce
Cook the ground chicken and then add in the rest of ingredients except the lettuce.
Combine and let everything simmer for several minutes.

Serve on lettuce. I like to add more chili garlic sauce and soy sauce with mine.
