We gave this a try when we were trying to keep the house cool and didn’t want to have the oven going for a long period of time. It was really good. The air fryer is an amazing little gem that is transforming the way that kitchens can operate.

Ingredients:
Butternut squash
EVOO
Brown sugar and cinnamon
Slice the butternut squash down the middle and remove seeds.
Brush EVOO on the cut sides of the squash and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Air fry at 400 for 20 – 25 minutes. You will be able to tell it is done by using a kitchen knife to cut and it will go in smoothly.
