This is extremely similar to the recipe we posted a few years ago. This time we added more bacon and more cheese and more jalapenos. We love all things jalapeno popper and these egg rolls are amazing! And… I LOVE the way these pictures turned out. So colorful and vibrant… bringing on all my happy jalapeno popper feelings. I’ve added the ingredients to the grocery list and I’m going to pick them up today.

Preheat the air fryer to 370 for a couple minutes
Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 or 5 large jalapeno peppers, roughly chopped
3/4 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 tablespoons EVOO
1 package egg roll wrappers (usually about 15 per package)


Combine the first 6 ingredients.
The back of the egg rolls wrappers has pictures to guide you through how to wrap them.
Place wrapped egg rolls in the air fryer and brush vegetable oil on all sides of the wrapped egg roll. You’ll want to make sure each one has a little bit of room and that they don’t touch so that the air can get all around each one.
Fry for 10 minutes turning over around the halfway point.
