Buffalo sauce is one of my favorite sauces… which you probably already know. It’s that time of year where I try to make healthier choices and somehow cottage cheese seems to find its way into a lot of things I eat. This recipe is really tasty! The texture is a little different than the traditional buffalo chicken dip but knowing I’m incorporating more protein makes it worth it to me.

Let’s Get Crafty!
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
3/4 cup red hot buffalo wing sauce
1 cup cottage cheese (2% milk)
1 tablespoon half and half
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
Preheat oven to 350.
Use a blender to blend the cottage cheese with the half and half until smooth. (It’s crazy how it looks so much like sour cream when done!)

Bake for 20 minutes until the cheese is all gooey and melty.
(This will take longer if you are starting with cold chicken. We had just cooked ours.)

Hope everyone is having a great day. Happy Monday.
