I seem to always be on the hunt these days for lower card yet tasty dinner ideas. This one was just a ticket.

Let’s Get Crafty!
Ingredients:
3/4 lb ground hamburger
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 onion, diced or sliced
2 peppers, sliced
6 mushrooms, sliced
1/2 tablespoons butter
1 can french onion soup
4 oz low fat cream cheese
Cook ground beef until fully cooked stirring in garlic powder towards the end.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Cook the veggies in butter and french onion soup on low to medium-low heat until onions are softened. I did this with the lid on so that we didn’t lose all the moisture.

Remove from heat put the cream cheese in with the softened veggies for a few minutes then stir gently to combine. Add in the cooked hamburger.

Spread into a casserole dish, top with cheese and bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
