Rosemary is doing so well this summer in our little herb garden. These french fries were a perfect way to get to enjoy some.

Let’s Get Crafty!
Ingredients:
3 medium russet potatoes, sliced into even sized fries
1 teaspoon EVOO
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped small
3 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees
Toss the potatoes and EVOO together until evenly coated.
Air fry for 18 minutes – shaking halfway through.
Add the rosemary and parmesan cheese and air fry another 3-5 minutes until they are as toasty as you like them.
