These are so easy on a morning when you want to make several breakfast sandwiches at once. I love the way the cheese gets all melty and the english muffin is toasty from the extra few minutes in the oven on its own.

Preheat the oven to 375

The ingredients can really be whatever you want them to be.

On this day we filled our english muffins with cooked scrambled eggs, cooked ground sausage and american cheese.

Open up each of the english muffins and bake them separately for around 5 minutes until they start to get toasty

Then fill with the cooked ingredients and bake another 5-10 minutes until the cheese is nice and melty.

These are nothing fancy but really good. Happy Sunday friends.
