This was a hit and perfect for game day snacking. The toasty cheese made this go from good to great.

Ingredients:
2 cans refrigerated canned biscuits (we used one original and one butter flavored)
1 cup pepperoni
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese of your choice (we used colby jack)
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 jar marinara sauce (some for the recipe and then some for dipping)
Whisk together the butter and seasonings

Cut each of the biscuits into 6 even pieces.
Gently toss the cut up biscuits with the butter and seasoning along with the shredded cheese.

Put 1/2 of the biscuits into a bunt baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam

Spread around 1/2 of the pepperoni and about 1/2 cup of marinara sauce

Incorporate a 2nd layer of each – the rest of the biscuits, pepperoni and another 1/2 cup of sauce

Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes
We covered with foil for the last 10-15 minutes to help the top not burn
It’s a tricky balance of needing to bake it enough so it’s cooked through without burning it

Thanks for stopping by. Hope you have a wonderful day.
