Easy Peach Cobbler

Spring is here and one of the things that it has me thinking about is cleaning things out and using things up. Remember when we froze peaches late summer/early fall. This recipe uses some and it was delicious!

Let’s Get Crafty!

Ingredients:
2 cups bisquick mix
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
29 oz can of sliced peaches (drained)
1 1/4 sugar

Preheat the oven to 375

Combine everything from the bisquick through the vanilla and pour into a prepared 9×13 dish.

If you’re using canned peaches, you’ll want to drain and add sugar to sweeten them. The peaches we froze already had some sugar so I drained them and added just a little bit more sugar. Pour these peaches over the bisquick in the 9×13 baking dish.

Bake at 375 for 30 mins and then I shifted to 350 for another 10 minutes. Next time I want to try 350 for 45 minutes.

Hope you have a nice day. Thanks for stopping by.
