My husband found this recipe and gave them a try for a quick weeknight meal. The magic of this recipe is that people can layer in whatever they want and make it their own.
My husband layered the following in a bundt pan: tortilla chips, cooked ground beef with taco seasoning, queso, rotel, chili beans, diced grilled chicken and shredded cheese. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes and then flip onto a sheetpan. These were really good.
