What did we eat for dinner this week? 02.18.23

Monday – Italian Chicken and Orzo

This is cooked chicken with Italian seasoning that gets heavy cream, parmesan cheese added to it along with some pasta. I like to use orzo because it feels fancy and we don’t have it often.

Tuesday – Pizza Night

We were going to make pizza and the stars didn’t align, so we ordered Dominos. The girls had pizza, the oldest had one of their sandwiches and I noticed these smothered tater tots on their menu that I just had to give a try. So good! We got the philly cheesesteak one and the cheddar bacon one smothered with garlic parmesan sauce.

Wednesday – Ham and Beans

Yay for having a comfort food meal that makes my heart feel full and happy. Here’s a link to the way that I like to make them in the crockpot. This was one of those frozen ham bones from December when I bought a couple on sale. As the kids get older – I have been keeping more ham on the bone when I’m saving the bone for this meal.

Thursday – Ranch Chicken Tacos

This is an oldie but goodie. I tossed a couple together in my last freezer meal session and was happy to pull it out and use it. Click here for the recipe along side other freezer meals I made at the same time.

The picture is my middle kiddo’s plate. I added lettuce, cheese and salsa to mine and didn’t do it like a double decker taco. She loves to warm up beans and was excited to make her own.

Friday – Shrimp and Tots

We didn’t have a dinner plan so we looked to the freezer to tell us what to have. Something I may have never mentioned… I LOVE horseradish. There is just a little bit of ketchup added to it for my cocktail sauce.

Saturday Morning – Tater Tot Egg Muffins

We had leftover tater tots from last night and used them to make tater tot muffins. I really like the addition of the tater tots to breakfast muffins. Click here for the recipe.

Thanks for stopping by! Hope you have a great Sunday Funday.
