Peach Mini Crescent Cups

When there are apples… there are also peaches! Our new boxes of peaches arrive anytime and we realized a couple weeks ago that we have some frozen peaches to use. These peach crescent cups were super tasty. We made these on a morning we were heading out camping and they were a perfect light breakfast. There is something about making anything into a small bit size treat that takes it to the next level and these little cups are no exception.

Let’s Get Crafty!

Ingredients:
1 can crescent rolls
Peach pie filling

Preheat oven to 350

Spray the muffin tin with pam.

Roll out the crescent dough and press together the seams of the two triangles that come together to make rectangles. Do this until you have 4 rectangles. Then use a pizza cutter to cut each of the rectangles into 6 even pieces. You’ll end up with 24 little pieces that slip into the mini muffin tin.

Put a slice of peach in each.

Bake for 8 mins and then check- we added 4 more minutes and they were perfect.

Thanks for stopping by. Hope you have a great day.
