Because all good recipes start with… let’s grab some bacon! This is perfect for when you need a tasty little treat. Not a big portion… just a few pieces of indulgence. These would be great on a smoker too.

Ingredients:
See below for the key players. The quantity for each all depends on how many you want to make.

Spread cream cheese on ritz crackers and put on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. I put ours on a wire rack hoping that it would help the bacon to cook evenly all around and I like how it worked. But… it does create another item that will need to be cleaned… so you do you, boo.

Wrap each with 1/2 strip of bacon and sprinkle with your seasoning of choice.

Start from a cold oven and put in to preheat to 400 and bake for 20 mins. (The 20 minutes includes the time it is preheating.)
