Here’s one of those recipes that I’ve wanted to try and kept pushing it off because I knew it wasn’t something that my family would enjoy. On a window of time that I had to myself – I decided to make them and they were really good! If you’re a fan of the flavor combination of pesto and sundried tomatoes then you should give this a go!


Preheat the air fryer to 375
Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken
2 tablespoons pesto
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 cup sundried tomatoes
1/2 cup fresh spinach
Salt and pepper
Separate the ground chicken into 3 equal balls and then roll out flat onto parchment paper.
Layer the fillings one by one on half and then fold over the other half to make a pocket.
Air fry for 12-15 minutes flipping halfway.
