Cinnamon Roll Casserole

Happy 4th of July as we celebrate 250 years! We made a cinnamon roll casserole this morning and swapped out the heavy cream for some half and half. It was still delicious with a few calories saved. #winning


Ingredients:
2 cans cinnamon rolls (set aside icing to drizzle over the top at the end)
1/2 cup half and half
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons light syrup
1/4 cup butter, melted

Preheat the oven to 350.

Cut each of the cinnamon rolls into quarters and put in the 9×13 prepared baking dish.


Whisk together the rest of the ingredients (except the icing) and pour evenly over the cinnamon rolls.


Bake for 35-40 minutes and then drizzle with the icing that came with the cinnamon rolls.

Let it sit for 10 minutes and then serve.
