This is the perfect easy dinner idea to slide into your dinner rotation because the kids eat it up and you can get it on the table in around 30 minutes. I stirred broccoli into mine to have less pasta and topped with a couple crumbled ritz crackers.

Ingredients:
1 pound of pasta, cooked and drained (keeping a little pasta water just in case)
1 1/2 pounds of chicken breast, diced into bite size pieces
2 tablespoons of grilling seasoning, our favorite is a garlic and herb blend
1 jar of your favorite alfredo sauce
1 bag of frozen broccoli
Start by dicing your chicken and adding in the seasoning. Set aside until ready to cook. My husband cooked it on our blackstone but it could also be done over medium heat on the stovetop.

Combine the cooked pasta with the alfredo sauce and add a little reserved pasta water, if needed. Then add the chicken on the top. You can easily stir it in but I love the added texture from the blackstone and this helps to keep it that way.

This was so delicious that we ate it twice in a month! Hope everyone has a blessed day.
