Now this is a fun little dinner inspiration! These wonton wrappers are awesome because they crisp up so nicely around the edges.
This could be perfectly planned by making extra meat one evening for planned leftovers that could be turned into this in a day to follow. They feel less like a leftover because this is so different from the first meal.

Ingredients:
1 package of wonton wrappers (we made 24 in total)
Filling of your choice (we used shredded beef)
2 cups shredded cheese of your choice (we’re using colby jack)
Green chiles (if your heart desires)
Dipping sauce of your choice (I used original bitchin’ sauce)
Preheat oven to 375.
Spray nonstick spray in each of the tins.
We layered ours like this:
1. Wonton
2. Shredded beef and a little cheese
3. Wonton
4. A little cheese with green chiles (on some)

Little fingers from my little helper. ❤

Bake for 12-15 minutes. We added a couple more minutes to help them get extra crispy.
Be sure to let them sit after taking them out of the oven for 5 minutes and then they’ll slide right out of the muffin cups.

These were really good! I’m hoping posting this will remind us to make them again in the future. Thanks for stopping by.
