These are quick and easy sliders that were perfect for this particular volleyball practice/swimming lesson night because they didn’t take much prep to get in the oven and toasted.
I’m realizing that I haven’t been able to post many blogs this year and I’m challenging myself to get to 52 posts by December 31st. I just checked my current count and I’m at 24. Seems like a lofty goal but let’s do this thing!! Here is post #25 and it’s a good one.

Ingredients:
1 package of slider rolls (we love to get them at Costco because they are such a good price for two large packages)
12ish slices of cheese (not a magic science here but I did about 2/3 slice per little slider)
Italian sub meat toppings: we used sliced pepperoni and salami
Melted butter
Everything bagel seasoning
Preheat oven to 350.
Slice open the slider rolls and layer in the cheese and meat.
Put the tops back on the rolls and brush with melted butter.
Sprinkling with everything bagel seasoning is optional but so delicious that it doesn’t feel optional to me.
Bake for 17-20. I like to keep an eye on the bottoms because I’ve been burned (pun intended) before.
Hope everyone has a great weekend!
