Hash brown patties can be a blank canvas of deliciousness. Many of my favorite recipes start as an idea that can be easily modified to fit different flavor profiles. This recipe fits that bill.
This was a quick and easy dinner when we weren’t super hungry but wanted to eat something tasty.

There isn’t really an ingredient list because it can be whatever you want it to be in addition to the hash browns. I did a loaded potato idea with cheese, bacon, ranch dip (sour cream and ranch seasoning mixed together), diced jalapenos and sliced green onions. My husband’s is pictured below and is similar but he used some leftover pork from the night before.
Preheat the air fryer to 350
Air fry the frozen hashbrowns for 8 minutes and flip about halfway through.
Add the cheese and any other ingredients that you want to be warmed up and bake for another 3 minutes. (We changed our setting from air fry to bake for this part so the shredded cheese wouldn’t fly off.)

These were so good and totally hit the happy spot in my appetizer loving heart. Hope you have a wonderful day and eat something tasty.
